Third way to work together

Day-of Coordination

You've planned it beautifully, so now go and be in it.

← All four ways to work together

On the day, I run it quietly in the background, so you can be a guest at your own event, present for every toast and never the one fixing the florals.

Who it's for

You've done the work, and you've done it beautifully, so you don't need a planner. What you need is the one person whose whole job, on the day, is to make sure not a single thing lands on you, and that's me, clipboard in one hand and the other ready to fluff your train.

An honest note on the name

Quietly, right behind it

"Day-of" is a tiny bit of a fib, because the real work starts a few weeks before, when I learn everything you've built so I can carry it without you ever noticing. By the day itself, it should feel like the room is simply running on its own. It isn't, of course. It's just running quietly, with me right behind it.

Let's begin
