I plan and coordinate gatherings of every kind: weddings, showers, dinners, corporate evenings, and the milestones you have been picturing for months. I'm based in Youngstown, Ohio, and I travel for the rooms that need me. I keep my calendar light on purpose, so every event is mine from start to finish. Nothing gets handed off to an assistant once the contract is signed.
The details are the part I love. Linen folds, candle height, the way the light moves across a table at six o'clock, the order of the toasts. I'm organized down to the last line item and very hard to rattle, and I bring both with me on the day.
My favorite moment in this work comes near the end of the night, when a host (a couple, a mother, a friend, a founder) tells me the day felt like theirs. That is the whole goal. Everything else is just logistics.
