Event Planning & Coordinating

KEELY CO.

bringing visions to life

Weddings, showers, corporate events, and celebrations — planned with intention, styled with warmth, and beautifully handled from the first idea to the last candle.

A long dinner, a welcome party, a wedding weekend, a milestone you've been holding in your head for a year — whatever the gathering, the room should feel unmistakably yours.

About

Hi, I'm Keely —
so glad you're here.

I plan and coordinate gatherings of every kind — weddings, showers, dinners, corporate evenings, milestones, the long weekends you've been holding in your head for a year. I'm based in Youngstown and travel for the rooms that need me. I keep my calendar light on purpose. Every event is mine, start to finish, not handed to an assistant once the contract is signed.

The details are the part I love. Linen folds, candle height, the way the light moves across a table at six o'clock, the order of toasts, the way a room settles when the music drops. I keep an embarrassingly thorough spreadsheet and a steady tone of voice, and I bring both with me on the day.

My favorite version of this work is the moment a host — a couple, a mother, a friend, a founder — gets to the end of the night and tells me it felt like theirs. That's the whole goal. The rest is logistics.

How I can help

Four ways to work together

Full Planning & Design

From the first mood board to the last candle going out. I carry the logistics, the design, and the timing — so the day arrives whole and reads exactly the way you imagined it.

  • A full season of planning, sometimes two
  • Venue, vendor, and creative team curation
  • Design direction and styling, top to bottom
  • Budget shaping and timeline
  • On-the-day management

Partial / Month-of Coordination

You've started the planning. I step in to refine the design, tighten the timeline, and handle the final stretch alongside you — so the last weeks feel like anticipation, not a second job.

  • Six weeks of focused support
  • Vendor confirmations and walkthroughs
  • Final design refinements
  • Detailed day-of timeline
  • On-the-day management

Day-of Coordination

You've planned it beautifully. On the day, I run it — quietly — so you can be a guest at your own event, present for every toast and never the one fixing the floral.

  • Two planning calls in the final month
  • Vendor confirmations the week of
  • On-site setup and styling
  • Run-of-show and timeline
  • Quiet, calm day-of management

Signature Events & Travel

Signature events, showers, birthdays, corporate gatherings, meaningful celebrations, and beautifully planned travel — each held with the same care and intention as a wedding day.

  • Concept and creative direction
  • Travel and destination logistics
  • Vendor and venue curation
  • Itineraries and guest experience
  • On-the-day management

What it's like to work together

Calm, considered,
and on time

  1. The Inquiry

Send a few details through the form below. I read every word, usually within a business day.

  2. The Discovery Call

A relaxed conversation about the day, the people, and what would feel unmistakably like you.

  3. The Plan & Design

I shape the timeline, the design direction, and the team — and bring it back to you in something you can hold.

  4. The Day, Handled

You're present. I'm a step ahead. The room arrives the way we planned it.

In their words

What it's like after the last toast

Keely is the rare planner who can hold the spreadsheet and the soul of the day in the same hand. From the first call she felt like a friend, and on the wedding day she felt like air — invisible, calm, everywhere. Our parents cried, our friends danced, and not once did anyone ask us a question. That was her quietly working in the background. We got to be present for our own wedding because of her.

— Vanessa & Brandon Wedding · Sewickley, PA · September

I'd been to a hundred showers; I'd never planned one. Keely took two phone calls and a Pinterest board and turned them into the most beautiful afternoon — long candlelit table, peonies, the menu my mother would have made. Every guest told me it felt like me. She thinks about details I don't even know to name.

— Sloane Pierce Bridal shower · Youngstown, OH · May

We hired Keely for a small dinner for our anniversary and ended up with the most memorable night of the year. She handled the venue, the florals, the seating, and somehow the weather. What I keep coming back to is how unhurried she made everything feel. There is a deep, steadying calm to working with her — you understand within ten minutes that she has it. All of it.

— Marielle & Ed Whitcomb Anniversary dinner · Ligonier, PA · October
