What it's like to work together

Calm, considered, and on time

No surprises, no scramble, and not one moment where you're left wondering whether someone is handling it, because I've got it. All of it.

The process

Four steps, start to finish

  1. The Inquiry

You send me a few details through the form, and I read every single word myself, usually within two business days, then I write back like a friend would, never like a quote generator.

  2. The Discovery Call

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation about the day, your people, and what would feel unmistakably like you, and honestly, it's also where we figure out together whether I'm your person. No pressure either way, I promise.

  3. The Plan & Design

I shape the timeline, the design direction, and the dream team, then bring it all back to you in something you can actually hold in your hands, so you always know exactly where things stand.

  4. The Day, Handled

You're fully present, I'm a step ahead, and the room arrives looking just the way we planned it, so the only thing left for you to do is soak up every single second.

Honest, from the very first call

Keely seated in a director's chair, thinking through a celebration

Every quote I give is custom, because every guest list, every season, and every venue is its own thing, so there's no single package price I could paste here that would actually be true for your day.

What I can tell you is this: when you inquire, I ask for a budget range up front, anywhere from up to $10k all the way through $100k and up, so the two of us can be tender and honest with each other from the very first call. I would so much rather tell you early that I can shape something beautiful within your number, or gently point you somewhere better suited, than ever surprise you later.

And because I keep my calendar deliberately light, I only ever take on a small handful of events at a time. That isn't scarcity for its own sake, it's simply how I make sure yours is the day I'm thinking about.

A few things you might be wondering

Questions, answered

Where are you based, and will you travel?

I'm based in Youngstown, Ohio, and I travel for the rooms that need me, so if your celebration is somewhere else entirely, just tell me where. Distance is rarely the thing that stops me.

What kinds of events do you plan?

Weddings, showers, dinners, celebrations, corporate and social gatherings, and travel. Some are five hundred guests and some are a sweet little table of ten, and every one of them gets the same whole-hearted care.

Do you really work alone?

I do, and it's on purpose: every event is mine from start to finish, never handed off to an assistant once the contract is signed, so when you book me, you truly get me.

How far ahead should I reach out?

For full planning, a season or two of lead time is the happy place, and for day-of coordination, the final month is when we get cozy. That said, if your date is sooner than that, ask me anyway, because sometimes it works out beautifully.

I've already started planning. Can you just help me finish?

That's exactly what Partial and Month-of Coordination is for: you keep all the parts you've loved, and I lovingly carry the final stretch and the day itself.

What happens after I inquire?

I read your note myself within two business days, and if it feels like a fit, we set up a relaxed discovery call, with no automated funnel and no chasing, just me.

I'm not sure of my exact date yet. Should I still write?

Please do, because there's a "not sure yet" option right there on the form, and a rough season is plenty for us to start dreaming from.

On the calendar

Have a date in mind?

Tell me a little about it, and we'll figure out the rest together.
